Stack (Killer Sudoku) - feat. the_cogito

A collaboration between myself and the_cogito to revitalize a few old ideas from previous killer sudokus I made that didn't quite make the cut. We've taken the two break-ins and essentially stacked them on top of one another to create both a satisfying break-in and midsolve. The rest of the midsolve and resolution was where the_cogito helped give the puzzle a complete and polished feel.
