Chaoshikaku

(Eingestellt am 30. Mai 2022, 03:26 Uhr von KNT)

Rules:

Place the digits 1-9 once in every row and column in the grid.

Divide the grid into rectangular regions of orthogonally connected cells. Each rectangle contains exactly one circle, and every cell in the grid belongs to some rectangle. Digits may not repeat within any rectangle, and the digit in the circle denotes the size of the rectangle it belongs to.

If a white dot falls on the border between two rectangles, then the sums of the digits within the two rectangles are consecutive. If a black dot falls on the border between two rectangles, then the sums of the digits within the two rectangles are in a 1 to 2 ratio.

Otherwise, if a white dot does not fall on the border between two rectangles, then the two digits it separates are consecutive. Likewise, if a black dot does not fall on the border between two rectangles, then the two digits it separates are in a 1 to 2 ratio.

Not all dots are necessarily given.

Sweet. I REALLY struggled to get started on this, spent about an hour staring and getting nowhere, then once I got a foot in it started to unravel quite nicely :) Some really good and surprising logic in here.

Just to make sure, no negative constraints?

----

Ah- I should have clarified. Yes. Not all dots are given. Thank you for that, twobear.
