Anti-King: Cells separated by a chess king's move cannot contain the same digit.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the associated circle, and may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Solve online:
Lösungscode: Row 1, followed by row 9 (18 digits, no spaces)

Gorgeous puzzle! Certainly reminds me of previous Zag and the interactions in here remained elegant and fascinating throughout, especially that one or two breakthroughs in the middle ;)

Wow, the stuff going on around the central box had me thinking for a while, but once I got it right, it flowed very well and pleasantly.
