Riddle Sudoku: Number Sequence

Rules:
Part 1: Solve the riddle. The collection of outside clues form a number sequence, where some of the numbers are hidden by question marks. Can you figure it out?
Part 2: Normal Sudoku rules apply. On top of that: the sum of the pills (read them from left to right) in a row is corresponding to the outside clue of that row.

fun and medium difficulty logic but very hard not so fun sudoku, but that's probably me not being fast at it and not being motivated doing normal sudoku. over all: very nice puzzle and I just wish the sudoku were easier. difficulty 4/5 in my opinion. great break-in as well.

Need help. In row 6, how two two-digit numbers could sum to 6. What am I missing?
