Normal Sudoku rules apply;
Region Sums: Each blue line is divided into segments, separated by region borders (thick black lines). The sum of digits on each line segment is equal to the sum of digits on every segment of the same line.
Lösungscode: Digits in row 1 (left to right) followed by the digits in row 9 (left to right)

Attempted to change the difficulty rating to 4/5, based on solver feedback, but lmd seems to crash.
I also removed a clue, which was meant to be helpful but led some solvers down a less elegant/fun solve path. The logic remains unchanged, but now there's one less place to get lost.

Good logic, nice break-in. Nice how many different things go into one deduction.
