Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits cannot repeat on the marked main diagonals.
In cages, digits cannot repeat, and must sum to the number in its top-left corner.
Cells joined by a black dot contain digits in a 1:2 ratio.
Cells joined by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
Not all such dots may be given.
