Life has its challenges. This puzzle is for a special person, who could use some cheering up.

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits along thermometers must strictly increase from the bulb.
The thick grey line must contain a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits in any order.
Digits in cages must sum to the number given at the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Cells with a filled grey circle must be odd. Cells with a filled grey square must be even.
Cells along a thin grey line between two filled circles must have values between those in the circles.
Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the arrow’s circle.
Digits in circles must appear in one of the cells touching the circles.
Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Not all possible dots are given.
