Felt like the negative constraint of the black and white dots on crosses needed to be included to give the sudoku a solution at all. Didn´t like that.

There is no strict rule in place regarding the pace of uploading puzzles, and for good reason. Sometimes it makes sense to post several puzzles within a couple of days, e.g. as part of a series. That does not seem to be the case here, but in general it is difficult to regulate the publication of new puzzles without obstructing the actual goals of the Puzzle Portal.
Yes, the number of new puzzles has increased drastically (the term "flood" has been used in this context for about two years now, I think). But we believe it is wrong to point fingers at specific users in this fashion. May I remind you, DiMono, that you have been uploading a large number of puzzles yourself.
In the end, we should keep in mind that the Portal does not pursue any competitive goals. Authors are not "entitled" to see their puzzles on their start page; this just happens depending on the pace of puzzle publication pace. And if too many puzzles appear, we should all take a step back. Also, may I suggest that several filtering features are implemented in the Portal, e.g. in the PUE or the search page.

@DiMono : that's probably too late.... some people already decided to maintain 7 puzzles per week as the only limit, now they have to take their responsabilities about it

Well, this is a Good Friday themed puzzle. Big crucifix with a smaller one on either side - possibly even Mary Magdalene at the foot of the main cross. Couldn't really do it any other day, imho.

You're kind of flooding the portal with your puzzles. Because of how many puzzles are already uploaded each day, it's good form to only upload one puzzle a week, MAYBE two. The site's guidelines are actually out of date.
