Primitive Palindromes

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The lines are palindromes, the digits read the same from each direction.
The palindromes are 'Renban' palindromes. They comprise a set of consecutive digits appearing just once on the first half of the palindrome.*
The green dots split the palindromes into sequences of digits that sum to prime numbers.
* 48765956784 is valid, but 1235321 and 1234334321 are not.
