Ten More Spoons of Pepper

  • Standard sudoku rules apply.
  • Cells separated by black dots have a ratio of 1:2. (Not all dots are given.)
  • Renban: The cells connected by a line belong to a set of distinct consecutive digits that may appear in any order.
  • Purple lines are also spoons. Each of the given spoons is paired up with one orthogonally adjacent spoon (renban line) of identical shape and size, which must be discovered by the solver. Spoons do not overlap each other. In each spoon pair, its "large spoon" (which is the one enveloping the other spoon) has a sum greater than its "small spoon". Example below.

Example

In the above example, the gray lines are the given spoons, the solid red lines must be spoons and one of the dotted red lines is a spoon, but it is not certain which. Two of the solid red lines are "small spoons", these are the top-right and bottom-right red lines. The solid red line in the bottom-left is a large spoon.

Set puzzle as "very difficult" per recommendation

This is an extremely difficult puzzle. I would actually recommend raising it to 5/5 difficulty to better reflect what potential solvers should expect.
