Normal Irregular Sudoku Rules Apply.
Region Sum Lines - Each line has an equal sum for each region it passes through..
For this puzzle. The regional sums for every line equals the regional sums for each other line.

Strangely, I found the irregular logic much tougher than the region sum lines logic! Beautiful puzzle all around.

That was a tough one but it taught me the tricks to approach irregular sudoku the hard way so I appreciate the lesson ;)
