Galaxy Parks

(Eingestellt am 2. April 2022, 04:54 Uhr von jodid)

Normal Galaxies/Tentaishō rules apply. Black stars represent dual points in a cell which have 180°- symmetry with each other (see below for legal cell types.) Only one outlined area may enter and exit each shaded area, or “park”. An outlined area can have either exactly one white star, one white star and two black stars, or exactly two black stars.

Not all shaded cells need to be used, and any number of shaded cells may go unused! All shaded cells contained in a galaxy must be connected.

Example:

Lösungscode: Area of the largest galaxy with two black stars and one white star; area of the smallest galaxy with two black stars and one white star; area of the largest galaxy with only two black stars; area of the smallest galaxy with only two black stars. Separate all numbers with +.

I've just noticed, that I like all your puzzles so far :-) . Here this case was a bit tricky for me at a certain point. And I think the concept of the black dots is a really good extension to the standard Galaxies; simply elegant and smartly simple.

One suggestion ro the example: Wouldn't "LEGAL AREAS" instead of "LEGAL CELLS" be more exact?

jodid: Yes, it would make more sense lol. I was just starting out when I made this, my lingo is generally better now. Thanks for the compliments :)

Interesting idea of having point-symmetric black dots. Thanks! :-)

Edit: It might be worth adding the "Galaxies" written tag and the "Puzzle variant" icon (with a red plus).

@jodid: I added the tags. Thanks for the compliments :D

Please specifiy the rules.
"Normal" galaxies don't have parks/shaded cells. Do all shaded celles need to be part of an outlined area?
Is there only one area that may use cells shaded cells from both grey section, or just one outlines area that may use grey cells at all?
