Standard Sudoku Rules Apply.
Standard Killer Cages: Digits in cages must sum to the number indicated in the corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Standard Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle.
Standard German Whisper Lines: Neighboring digits on a green line must have a difference of 5 or larger.
Cells separated by the black dot must have a ratio of 1:2 (not all possible black dots are necessarily given).
