On Repeat

I decided to try and combine a few different rulesets from recent puzzles of mine: repeated digits in rows and columns from "Take Five (Away)", regions of varying sizes in a large grid from "Suguru Chaos Deconstruction", and arrows designating regions in a chaos construction from "Chaotic Arrows". Much gratitude to @Jesper, @myermian, @Plostoni, and @henrypijames for testing and providing great feedback on this one. I won't be posting walkthroughs of solutions like I had been doing, but feel free to post a hidden comment below if you'd like any help! :-) Hope you enjoy!
Rules:
Fill every cell in the grid with the digits 1–9 such that each digit appears at least once and at most twice per row, column, and region. Regions must be determined. The gray circle contains an odd digit. A digit cannot touch itself orthogonally nor diagonally. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle. Digits along an arrow are part of the same region, and the digit in the corresponding circle is in a separate region.
Note: A region is a collection of orthogonally connected cells. Each cell belongs to exactly one region, regions may vary in size, and the number of regions must be determined.
Puzzle:
Lösungscode: Type the digits (no spaces) of the region containing R1C1 as follows: Row 1's digits in the region (left to right), Row 2's digits in the region (left to right), etc.

Wow, this one took me a while because I kept repeating the same wrong deduction at the top left part of the puzzle, which invariably led to a dead end... So I had to repeat, and repeat, and repeat again... But I've done it and it was so cool ! Really pretty interactions all over the grid, and much harder for me that your sequel puzzle "Repeater" ! Now I shall go back to the SCD series. Thanks.

Also, I tend not to get hooked by chaos construction puzzles, but this one reeled me in from the get-go, which was a nice surprise.
