The Lost Lockout Scroll

Rules
Normal Sudoku, Lockout, and Region Sum Lines rules apply.
The yellow quad clues all have the same sum for the 4 surrounding cells.
The Red, diamond marked, dominoes all have the same Sums.
Red does not equal Yellow
The Lockout lines are ALSO region Sum Lines. (includes the diamonds)
Author Notes:
Numbers along a lockout line must not be between or equal to the numbers in the diamond ends. These endpoints must differ by 4 or greater
Region sum lines: Along each line, digits on the line have an equal sum within each box they pass through.
For this puzzle the Diamonds are included as part of the Region Sum Lines.
