Thermo with arrows (Sudoku16)

The difficult rating of this puzzle is due to the break in only. Rest of the puzzle should be smooth. The break in is inspired from a puzzle already published in LMG. Happy solving!!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The two marked diagonals contain the digits from 1 to 9 with out repetition.
Digits in thermometer shapes must strictly increase from the bulb towards the tip.
Digits in the arrows sum to the numbers in the connected circles.
