This is my first irregular Sudoku. Hope you enjoy it.
Rules:
1. Standard irregular Sudoku: Each region must contain digits 1-9, once each.
2. Standard killer: Cells in cages must sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage (if given). Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
3. Standard arrow: Cells along an arrow must sum to the digit in the arrow's circle.
4. Kropki without negative constraint: Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. All possible dots are not given.
