Killer Sudoku rules apply. Rotationally symmetrical cages sum to the same total (E.g. The two cages in column 5 have the same total, and the cages in column 2 and 8 have the same total.
Sandwich Sudoku rules apply. Digits outside the grid show the sum of the digits sandwiched between 1 and 9 for that row or column.
Digits in a circle are surrounded by 8 different digits.

Raised the difficulty to 4 stars, it's somewhere between 3 and 4 I'd say.
