Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits can not repeat within a cage.
- Digits in circles must appear at least once in the four cells touching that circle.
Note: The 15 in b6 is for the cage below it. The clue was obscured by the Circle clue.
