Interesting idea, but it suffers from having two solutions. This could be fixed by adding a rule that at least one row or column must contain all of the digits from 1-5, or that NO row or column may contain all of the digits from 1-5. It is also always better to write out the rules, rather than just saying "The image explains everything."

Sorry the game has in theory two solutions, but luckily that won't affect the solution code
