The Palindrome Loop

Cells connected by black dots must have a ratio of 1:2 (not all black dots are given)
Numbers on an arrow must sum to the digit given in the circle.
Numbers in a thermo must increase starting from the bulb end.
Digits in the small cages must sum to the number given in the top corner.
The green loop consists out of 9 palindromes. The last cell of every palindrome is at the same time the first cell of the next palindrome.
