Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Circled digits indicate how many home cells exist in the collection of cells made up of the cell itself and all of its orthogonally or diagonally adjacent neighbors. A home cell is a cell whose digit matches the position of the cell within the box. All possible circles are shown.
- Black dots indicate cells with a 2:1 ratio. All possible black dots are shown.
- The greater-than sign indicates that the digit on the left is larger than the digit on the right.
Note: cells within a box are numbered the same way boxes are numbered within the grid.

Brutal constraint but so satisfying! I spent forty minutes staring at the grid because I didn't read the negative constraint on the circles, but once I read that........ I took an hour more to get to grips with it :D
