The last deduction to actually get a digit in the grid (I had each cell down to a pair) took me a long time to get, and it is beautiful.

If you want to solve a nice two star difficulty puzzle, just do this one with the inequality backwards :)
I accidentally misread its direction and finished the puzzle in record time only to realize my mistake when inputting the solution code.
I really enjoyed both solves, thanks for the puzzle!
