Killer Diagonal Sudoku

Rules:

1. Normal classic rules apply

2. Killer cages apply: digits in a cage may not repeat, and must add to the sum in the upper left corner of the cage

4. A digit (n) may not be placed in a cage at a distance of (n) cells from the same digit along any diagonal

ie. a 1 may not be diagonally neighboring another 1 (kings move), a 2 may not be 2 cells from another 2 along a diagonal, etc.
