Thermo variant #28: Up the Creek Without a Thermo

I've made a few thermo variants. All are standard thermo sudokus + an extra rule. Check out the others using the following link:
Thermo Variant Series puzzles
Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along thermometers increase from the bulb end.
Variant: The thermos are hidden! Only the bulbs and tips are shown. The bulbs are the larger circles and the tips are the smaller dots. A bulb and tip must connect if they share the same color. It is up to the solver to determine how they are connected. Thermometers must not cross each other. Thermometers cannot share any cells with other thermometers. A thermometer cannot touch itself, even diagonally.
Uniqueness constraint: For each thermometer, there must be only one way to connect the bulb and tip to each other. There cannot be any ambiguity in the thermometer's size or shape.

Would it be possible to give the coordinates of the matching colors? I’m color blind and can’t quite figure out the right way to pair the bulbs to the tips. Thanks, and I’ve been really enjoying this series :)
