X-Sum Skyscraper (hybrid)

Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply
-Numbers along a line have a value in between the two circles (between lines)
-Digits outside the grid are x-sum skyscraper clues.
This means that the number is the sum of first X cells where X would be the skyscraper clue in that position
