Normal sudoku rules apply.
A digit in a circle is the middle digit of a string of 3 digits in a straight line, going either horizontally or vertically. (Not diagonally.) The digit in the circle is the sum of the other two digits in the string. (A digit in a circle could be part of two such strings.)
All circles are not necessarily given.
A number outside the grid is the sum of all the digits between 1 and 9 in that row/column.
