Mirror Maze 2

This one is more approachable than the original so there is no need to do the other puzzle first. This is possibly my favourite puzzle I've set so hopefully this translates as enjoyment!!

Rules:

Normal Sudoku Rules Apply

Normal Arrow Rules Apply - Digits on the shaft of an arrow sum to the digit in its circle.

Normal Thermo Rules Apply - Digits increase on a thermometer from the bulb to the tip.

Mirror Maze Rules Apply - Paths can be drawn from entry clues (to the top and left of the grid) to matching exit clue (to the right and bottom). A path travels straight through the first cell of the grid and then continues rightwards or downwards. A path only switches direction when it arrives in a cell which has a different parity (odd/even) to the previous cell.

(Note that if a path were to be drawn from an unlabeled cell it may leave from a cell with a marked exit.)
