Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
Thermometers outside of the grid apply to sandwich clues.
Sandwich clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that row / column.

Another elegant puzzle with some clever deductions! I think this was slightly harder than the skyscraper puzzle.
