Cracker Sandwich (sandwich + between sudoku)

I've had this idea to make a puzzle out of the shape in CtC's YouTube channel banner for months, and I finally sat down and made it. :)

This puzzle was featured on CTC!



RULES:
- Standard sudoku rules apply.
- Sandwich rules apply: Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits sandwiched between 1 and 9 in that row or column.
- Between lines rules apply: Digits on a line connecting two circles must be between the digits in those circles.

Even that my solution is correct according to the ctc app, the solution code isI add row 2 and 8

Hi, Danekiller.
The CTC app only checks standard sudoku rules. You'll have to double check that the between lines and sandwich clues are correct yourself. It should have a unique solution with a correct solution code.
