Thermo rule applies.
Digits along a thermo strictly increase from bulb to tip.
Kropki rules apply
Digits separated by a black dot are in a ratio of 1:2.
No negative constraint.

I couldn't quite figure out the logical path to the puzzle, it seemed too symmetrical.
I solved it but I had some difficulty ;)
