In or Out? (Between Lockout Ambiguity)

Normal Sudoku rules apply
Lines in the grid represent either Between or Lockout lines. The solver must deduce which are which.
Between: Digits on the line must fall strictly between the two endpoint digits.
Lockout: Endpoints must be at least 4 apart. Digits on the line must fall strictly outside the endpoints.
Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
Can be played online at F-puzzles, Sudokulab and CTC
Lösungscode: Column 5 (top to bottom) followed by Row 2 (left to right). 18 digits, no spaces.

Ridiculously good !
Even after the amazing first part (which is as intricate as it is beautiful), each line still had its own disambiguation logic, until the very end.

Really really astounding! I love how much the given digits can do in this puzzle, just elegant interactions. This one definitely is in my favorite list now :)
