Rules:
- Standard Sudoku rules apply.
- Lockout Lines: The diamonds at the end of each segment must differ by at least 4. The digits on the line between the diamonds must not be between, nor equal to the digits in the diamonds. Digits may repeat on the line if allowed by other rules.
- 159: For X in {1,5,9}, the digit in column X identifies the column where the digit X occurs in the row.
- White dots: Adjoining cells have a difference of 1. Not all possible dots are given.

I had tried this puzzle not long after getting into the solving scene, and failed to find what I was supposed to look for, and quit in frustration. However, I decided this morning to try it again, since I've now had quite a bit of practice with the 159 constraint, and wow! Nothing short of a virtuosic use of all 3 of these constraints. Lovely puzzle with tight and beautiful logic throughout.

I literally stared at that loop for two days. I find myself STILL staring at that loop..Incredible Puzzle!! Phenomenal is an understatement.
