The Anti-knight rule applies (cells a knight's move away cannot have the same digit as the cell). Not all X-V are shown.

You might want to specify whether or not there's a negative constraint for the XV rule.
-- the negative constraint does not in fact apply, except in a specific sense - the X-V pairs are mirrored over the centre vertical C5 and there are no further mirrored pairs, However, this is not needed to solve the puzzle.
