Normal Sudoku rules apply. Blue lines are lockout lines; the endpoints (marked by diamonds) must have a difference of at least 4, and the digits on the line cannot be between or equal to the endpoints. Digits separated by a black dot must be in a ratio of 1:2. ALL BLACK DOTS ARE GIVEN.
