Poison Picnic 3: Hospital Stay (LK and sandwich combined clues)

This one is largely a 2* but with a slightly more difficult sudoku step towards the end. Enjoy :)
The Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Clues outside the grid are both sandwich clues and little killer clues. These clues give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal (digits may repeat along these diagonals if allowed by other rules) and also the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in the corresponding column or row.

Very enjoyable puzzle and logic.
Had to force the quads at the end because my scanning is terrible
