This is an easy sample of my Anti-Sudoku ruleset. You can try a more difficult example at Anti-Sudoku
Normal Sudoku rules do NOT apply.
Each row, column and box has exactly 1 digit repeated twice (equivalently 1 missing digit).
Furthermore, no two rows share a repeat digit nor a missing digit (e.g. if row 1 has 2 2s and 0 9s, then no other row may have more than one 2, and all other rows must have at least one 9). Similarly for columns and boxes.
