Two Faced Coin - Doubling Lines Twist

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Kropki: Digits separated by a white kropki dot indicate they have a difference of one (consecutive). Digits separated by a black kropki dot indicate they are in a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
Odd Doubling Line: On cyan colored lines, all digits must repeat EXACTLY twice except for one. This digit (which is to be determined by the solver) will NEVER repeat if it's on a cyan colored line.
