Rules: Replace exactly two digits in each row and column by other digits (1-9) such that no digit appears more than once in a row or column.

I personally didn´t find this one more challenging than the first two. It might be the experience from solving them though, as this is a new concept. I thoroughly enjoyed all of them and can´t wait for more hopefully :)
