Standard slitherlink rules apply
Draw a single continuous loop by connecting neighbouring dots along the dotted lines.
A number in a cell indicates how many of its edges are used by the loop.
The loop may not touch or cross itself, and it doesn't need to touch all of the dots.
Moreover, all even clues are given.
You can try this on Penpa+ or PZV. Enjoy!

Fully fixed the PZV link. Thanks @Realshaggy for spotting that it was in edit mode.

I don't know what you have fixed, but you still access the PZV edit mode in your link. You should delete the "_edit" part to directly go to solving mode.
