Thermo variant #17: Firewall 2: Taller and Hotter

I've made a few thermo variants. All are standard thermo sudokus + an extra rule. This puzzle is a sequel to Firewall (puzzle #8). Check out the others using the following link:
Thermo Variant Series puzzles
Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along thermometers must increase from the bulb end.
Variant: Digits on thermos must be larger than the non-thermo cells which are adjacent to it (diagonals included). For example, R8C8 must be larger than all 6 non-thermo cells in its box. Also R5C8 must be larger than R4C8, R6C8 and R6C9.
