Ein echtes Schachsudoku

Wir befinden uns inmitten einer Schachpartie. Es haben schon einige Züge eines Schachspiels mit den üblichen Regeln stattgefunden, allerdings wurde bisher keine Figur geschlagen. Auch eine Rochade kam noch nicht vor, und jede Figur wurde maximal einmal gezogen.
Jede Figur trägt eine Zahl von 1 bis 8 mit sich herum, die auf das Feld eingetragen werden möchte, auf dem die Figur gerade steht. Nun ist es sogar möglich, das gesamte Feld mit Zahlen von 1 bis 8 zu füllen, sodass in jeder Zeile, Spalte und in jedem Gebiet jede dieser Zahlen genau einmal vorkommt!
Kannst du die aktuelle Stellung herausfinden und das Sudoku lösen?
Lösungscode: Spalte 1 und Zeile 6

Without a doubt my favorite puzzle. Being a lover of chess and sudoku, I knew I had to try this as soon as I saw it on CTC. Brilliant setting!

Beautiful puzzle! I got all the chess logic almost instantly, but I suck at sudoku so it took me 80 minutes :D

Very cool sudoku although I cheated two times (uniqueness and stockfish), this makes me a chess cheater as well as a sudoku cheater.

Truly a brilliant puzzle! This was the first CTC feature where I watched the first few moments, then IMMEDIATELY went to solve the puzzle myself. Now I'm going to watch the rest of the video!

@Raumplaner: Unfortunately, I am actually not a big fan of sudokus, this one was only an exception.
So there proably won't be any more sudokus from me in near future :/

It took me some time to find a way notating my moves and conclusions. But it was an absolut enjoyable journey from there on - i highly recommend trying it! I would like to see more from these
