Lockout Lockdown

Thanks to Riffclown and Tallcat for the interesting new lockout lines constraint! I thought I would try and set a puzzle using it, so this is my attempt - hope you enjoy.
The Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Normal lockout line rules apply. Digits in diamonds directly connected by a lockout line must differ by 4 or more. Digits on a line must fall outside the range defined by their diamonds and may repeat if allowed by other rules. Where lockout lines cross each other, the lines go straight on.

I feel personally offended that this puzzle is so much better at conveying a similar idea as one of mine :) this puzzle is certainly worth anyone's time to solve!
