Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow and digits along an arrow can repeat if allowed by other rules (colors in the pic are for distinguishing how some of the arrows work).
German Whisper lines [green lines]: adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.

Interesting interactions for sure. Pretty sure I missed some obvious logic when i solved this - but had fun nonetheless! Whispers are not my strong suit so that is likely why!
