Normal sudoku rules apply. These are NOT between lines.
The lines and circles are double arrows. That is to say, the digits on each line sum to the same number as the sum of the digits in the circles at the ends. Like normal arrows, there are no restrictions on digits repeating on double arrows.
As an example, if two circles containing 7 and 9 are connected by a line of length 3, that line might contain the digits 6, 3, and 7.
