Off By One
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Cages sum to the number in their top left corner. Diagonals sum to the indicated number.
All cage and diagonal totals are off by one. Numbers may repeat in cages, subject to the normal rules of Sudoku, i.e. no repeats in a row, box, or column.

off by one, means if the total supposed to be 4, it can be noted as 3 or 5?
