Normal arrow rules apply. (The sum of the digits along the path of each arrow must equal the digit in the circled cell, numbers might repeat on an arrow.)
There is at least one '3' in one of the marked corner cells.
Digits must not repeat in 'spotlight' cages, and each cage must contain a '3'.
You can try it on f-puzzles or penpa-edit

A very nice puzzle, thank you! There were one or two steps that I was able to get through via brute force ... and it was not until I was lying in bed (after having solved the puzzle already) that I was able to discover the true and elegant intended path for that portion.
