Plusses and minuses

Rules:

1. Standard: Normal sudoku rules apply.

2. Standard killer: Cells in cages must sum to the given total.

3. Standard little killer: Cells along indicated diagonals must sum to the total given, and may include repeated digits if permitted by other rules.

4. Standard kropki: Cells connected by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Not all possible black dots are given.

5. Standard anti-king: Digits cannot be placed from a king's move (in chess) apart from the same digit.
