Devilish Delta

Only the second puzzle I've created - hope you enjoy!
The Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in the marked diagonal must not repeat.
- All the marked cages have the same sum and this sum is to be determined. Digits may not repeat in a cage.
- Digits on a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
- Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along these diagonals if allowed by other rules.

I would ask for a hint from Chilly because there is one step that's really hard to see but once you get that, the rest is 4/5 star difficulty. Very nice puzzle but imbalanced. I liked the break-in
