Orderly Little Killer 3

This is the third puzzle I've made of this variant. The other 2 can be found here:

Normal Little Killer Rules apply:
Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat (unless otherwise disallowed by normal sudoku)
In addition, all numbers along a little killer diagonal must increase moving away from the clue if within the same box.
For example, r3c2 must be bigger than r2c3. So, you can think of it sort of like the little killers have a bunch of short thermos, if that helps you visualize it.

Nice puzzle. I love how intricate it is. The finish too is beautiful.

Nice puzzle. I put the thermos into the software, which made it a lot easier to keep the overview.

Very nice. It was fairly hard, but not in a "confusing" way. You always knew more or less where to look for the next step in the solution. Some really nice logic on the intersections of the little killers due to the "thermo" rule that it was really fun to discover. Thanx :-)
